“The role of "intelligence" goes to the heart of a fundamental dilemma in tracking terrorism in that in almost every case the crime hasn't happened yet. Law enforcement is looking for someone who hasn't done the deed—they haven't blown up a building, they haven't hijacked a commercial airliner, they haven't killed anyone. The danger then is that what the criminal justice system must deal with is not the subject's alleged actions, but their suspected intentions. (*)
Consequently: ‘Thought-Crimes’ have become a huge part of what passes for the new system of Injustice that is also an active subdivision of the CRIMINAL-justice system of the United States. Because these concepts of ‘thought-crimes’ are being used in black-ops throughout the world to build totally contrived cases against ordinary people; the public must begin to understand exactly just how critical this totally-created criminal-circumstance can now be used to build all kinds of thought-crime cases against virtually anyone who the government does not like. The multiple year story of one woman and her children that just went to court in New York and was skewed by illegally prohibiting the facts for the defense, while simultaneously granting an obscenely wide latitude for the prosecution and its bizarre accusations, and the result was another travesty of justice on all counts.  Why is this so huge? Because of the way that “intelligence” has not-so-subtlety been altered from the oxymoron of military-intelligence to the Star Wars version of Thought-Crimes, as a viable charge, to be pursued against any potentially-guilty person “who might someday commit some kind of crime at some future date.” This of course flies in the face of the Magna-Carta and of all legal precedent that was in place before the Bushwhackers and Obamanation began finishing the destruction of the U.S. Constitution.
In any system where Suspicion has come to rule over actual facts, and wherein proof of guilt is no longer required: then every suspect must be able to prove their innocence; even when no charges of any kind have been filed against them. That is what we are currently trying to fight today; while supposedly protecting the nation from the terrorists that are here in our government and in other rogue-governments around the world.
There are no foreign ‘terrorists’ – just major enemies of unchecked greed and vulture-capitalism as this is practised under fascist police-state tactics everywhere. And now they have decided to implicate anyone and potentially everyone, by creating and using THOUGHT-CRIMES as the ultimate weapon in their endless war upon us all.
How much longer can we allow this nightmare to go unchallenged? It seems that whether the subject is your money, your benefits, your retirement or your health; apparently not enough people care to resist so ‘the hits just keep on coming!” When the target is the theft of the treasury and the end of all programs that were enacted to ensure the survival of most of the citizenry, even after they might have to stop working: None of those subjects disturbed anyone sufficiently create any changes in ‘business as usual.’ When mainstreet USA was murdered to protect Wall Street, not even an eyebrow was raised against this massive criminal action. Beyond all that when one looks at the performance of FEMA throughout the last ten years; and its record of assisting the public in anything to do with surviving real disasters: that record goes far beyond criminal neglect and becomes murder with extreme prejudice apparently against the entire nation, as well as those we claim to want to help in more distant places where we have “pledged” the help that never arrives. Again: Nothing is done and no resistance is ever mounted against these same people that were responsible for the attacks upon this nation on 911 and thereafter.
History is not perfect by any means but the one thing it clearly shows the whole world, regardless of which people or whichever nation has been the aggressor down through its long shadow over humanity: Is that the offending parties to the imbalance thus created, are utterly and almost completely destroyed. Amerika with its vast population of willfully-ignorant and purposely blind manikins will be no different—and that silence which we have turned to, to protect us, will offer the same protection that it gives ‘the deer in the headlights’ just before that animal is hit at sixty-five miles an hour in the dead-of-night; because the deer believed that by remaining still in the face of danger it would not be killed. That fatal mistake will soon turn most of this population into nothing more than road-kill for the New World Order!
Have a nice day Amerika and whatever you do be sure not to get caught complaining about anything that your police-state chooses to do to you and to yours; because only by resisting can you have even a glimmer of any hope for any-type of real-survival.
