Here we are in the Autumn of the
life of this planet; waiting on the doorstep of Armageddon for the last
chapter to open on what marked a very short run for a very young
nation-that is about to reap what we have sown. Within the shadow of the
coming elections we are poised for an attack upon Iran and Syria in an
international madness that rivals anything the world has ever seen. We are
looking at what could well be a re-run of the false flag attack upon the
USS Liberty during the Egyptian-Israeli war (a failed attempt to sink a US
ship, in order to blame that act upon the Egyptians and force the USA into
that war on Israel's side). There are rumors that this kind of military
operation is being planned against the US Navy now in the Gulf. Yet it is
clear that there are also two "Americas" now - not one. There is the
United States of America, the democratically controlled Republic that
answers to the people that it technically serves: and there is the United
States, a bankrupt corporation that began its life in 1933, with the
collapse of US currency.
What was legal in the
constitutional United States, is illegal under the United States - the
corporation; and vice-versa. This explains why the congress gave the
Bushwhacker a standing ovation when he announced that he would continue
the spying on Americans program, along with the signing statement
provisions that in essence render the congress impotent, in the face of
the administrations unchecked and unbalanced claims for total power over
every aspect of what remains of this nation. Both the administration and
the congress are acting under terms agreed upon under the Martial law that
has been in effect since 1933-terms that render the constitutional
government of the United States irrelevant, whenever the nation is bound
by the Martial Law that has been in place since 1933. This is the reason
that Bush keeps telling anyone that will listen that "we are at
War," because without that statement everything he has done is
totally illegal. Congress knows this and the administration is acting on
this hidden authority, while the courts are caught between these two
diametrically opposed opposites. Only the public can end this conflicted
nightmare and declare for themselves what this nation is, along with the
kind of government we will accept.

States has been in a state of declared national emergency...' --

'A majority of people of the
United States have lived all of their lives under emergency rule. For 40
years, freedoms and governmental procedures guaranteed by the Constitution
have in varying degrees been abridged by laws brought into force by states

'The President may: Seize
property, organize commodities, assign military forces abroad, institute
Martial Law, seize and control and transportation and communication,
regulate operation of private enterprise, restrict travel, and in a
plethora of particular ways, control the lives of all American
citizens.' - Senate Report 93-549; Senate Resolution 9, 93d Congress,
1st. Session (III) 1973." (1)
Given the facts of this very
different view of the rights and privileges that most US citizens believe
are theirs by virtue of the Constitution, vs. all that was lost when the
nation became a separate corporate entity from the nation that we thought
we had - what we have become is something totally unrelated to who and
what we thought we always were; as Americans. Today we are nothing but
corporate property, in service to unchecked capitalism, and out-of-control
corporatism that demands total control over the world and its resources,
in every phase of life or property anywhere in the world! And that's just
the beginning!
For confirmation of the
difference between what was and what is - just look at the "American"
flags displayed on many of the police uniforms currently worn today. The
gold fringe on the American Flag denotes that this nation is operating
under military (Martial) law, rather than civilian rule: The only place
where that "fringe" is authorized to be used; is inside those military
tribunals where military law and not civilian rule, controls every aspect
of the proceedings. Civilian police forces under the constitution of the
civil United States are about protecting and serving the citizens they
serve. Under Martial Law those same forces become a military force that
subdues and silences all resistance to authority. Either the police should
remove those "fringed" flags, or they should dress in military
uniforms-because both forms of government cannot co-exist. So, as
government agencies each "force" must decide whether they are law
enforcement officers or military pawns of the
stealth-protected-corporation that has taken charge of this country. This
needs to be the first step in confronting what has taken over this nation.
There are further proofs of the
criminality and the piracy that lies beneath the so-called government that
exists today, in Washington and around the world. AMY GOODMAN:
"I
want to just make one quick comment. When I was researching Static with my
brother, David, we did a chapter called "Exporting Abuse," and
we looked at how the prisons in Iraq were set up. You just mentioned Terry
Stewart, former head of the Corrections Department of Arizona. You talked
about Utah. One of the heads of that was Lane McCotter. You talked about
Connecticut. These are the places that use dogs. John Anderson came out of
there, and two prisoners died in that prison system who were beaten. These
are the men, who, though cited in this country, left their positions and
went to Iraq to set up Abu Ghraib."
JAMIE FELLNER: "I think it's
fairly well recognized now that Abu Ghraib was set up -- even saying it
was set up is too formal a term. It was badly created, badly staffed,
badly run, no oversight. I don't think there's any reason to believe that
any of the U.S. corrections officials who went there intended naked
pyramids and men standing with wires attached to them thinking they were
going to be electrocuted. But these were not the most advanced
professionals in the corrections industry, and it is not clear at all what
kind of vetting process was used before they were chosen." (2).
These kinds of people have no legitimate purpose in running prisons, other
than to degrade and torture the inmates-does this sound like the kind of
government that embraces "freedom and democracy for all"?
Go further-look at the kinds of
individuals that this government seeks out "to serve" and to implement the
kinds of programs that is bringing so much hell to so many people
worldwide. How do these former convicted felons "serve" the government or
in any way assist anyone except the criminals now running this government!
Pay special attention to the "wartime" applications behind these choices
of the most incompetent people to fill the most critical positions in this
administration. (3)
Look at what the public has been "sold" in order to become aware of what is really going on. Media has been
co-opted and turned into a specialized "slave-organ" that serves these
same imposters, exclusively-to the detriment of all "other" Americans!
This is corporate capitalism run amuck, with the added insult of corporate
welfare to aid them in our capture! (4)
These things are only the
proverbial tip of this deadly and almost invisible political-dagger at the
heart of the nation today. The key to unmasking these stealth operations
is to get to the bottom of what is being used to justify the wholesale
sell-out of the congress in favor of supporting this attempted global
reach for a seamless empire that will crush everything else the world has
worked for - for the last thousand years. With journalism largely
marginalized, and the government locking out public comment, public
discussion, and open debate-how is it remotely possible for anyone not an
insider-to actually believe that elections can have any possible actual
effect upon such determined and criminal individuals?
When and if people become enraged
about what has been and continues to be done in our name, around the
world-then there is some hope that this Capital Crime that exceeds all
else, because it involves having stolen the nation, in addition to
perverting all that most thought we once stood for: There just might be
ways to blunt these ominous forces that claim legitimacy under cover of
the same laws that they have completely perverted. To do that we must
throw off the blinders and look at the volume and detail in the facts that
surround everything that began with 911. Until now it has just been too
drastic a thought to even consider, for too many people, that this
government itself might be complicit in that black day of American
history. If we continue to shrink from the truth, then we may never have
another chance to regain the freedoms we've already lost.
Bush says: "a good offense is the
best defense" so why not take him at his word and not wait for the "Surprise" to materialize. Instead, why not begin to challenge everything
he and the trolls have planned for us, instead of simply waiting like the
idiots they seem to think we are?
