Bush hammers his role as
"leader," as though he knows what leadership consists of. Yet his
every action clearly shows, that he hasn’t got a clue. His lackeys claim that
"He is rock solid" and that "he is determined never to alter
course" - a comment that always seems to draw applause. But where is the
literal sense in what these supposed attributes bestow? It’s the mark of a
fool to "never alter course" when one is clearly headed for disaster.
A wise leader learns to bend within the vortex to survive, whereas an immobile
"rock" will simply shatter under enough pressure.
This basic disagreement over what
constitutes the qualities of leadership is only a small part of this puppet who
would be Dictator: to understand what this point really involves one must go to
the end of the Cold War.
Ronald Reagan was in office then, and
he misconstrued that global event completely. The end of the USSR created a fork
in the path of the world. Ronnie chose to see this as his personal victory over
communism, and in so doing Reagan missed the opportunity and the realities
entirely: not because he was confused about the outcomes he was choosing, but
because he sought that outcome as "the only way."
What should have happened was something
like a Marshall Plan for Russia, one that would have reconstituted that country
and its people and contributed to a stronger more stable world. With the
militaristic demands of the Cold War gone – the planet could have begun a
truly Golden Age of legendary prosperity. That path would have bred the kind of
world community that would have made most wars obsolete. But Regan was no
humanitarian, he was a major friend to corporations and power elites, and he
knew how to encourage the turning of few billion into trillions. The bucks were
in munitions, oil and weapons – and that market would go dry if the world were
to begin to like being both prosperous and sane.
Reagan’s chose to abandon Russia and
to nurture privation, hunger and envy in a world already overflowing with power
struggles everywhere. Some say this is how it has always been, others that it is
how it will always be – but that depends on the kind of leadership that’s in
place, at those particular times, when the world comes to a fork in the road.
The determining factor lies in where the money truly is, when the moment is
reached. It is the money that dictates which path will be chosen, and that’s
what happened when the Berlin Wall came down.
There were trillions that could have
been made rebuilding the planet, and cleaning up after the Cold War. Employment
and development opportunities would have virtually been legion. Converting
energy sources, refining instead of squandering them could have been an entirely
new industry that would’ve rivaled big oil itself. That’s precisely why this
path was not taken. The investments have already been made in the things that
now rule our way of life – and no amount of plans for utopian changes could
have swayed the power brokers from their chosen goals.
That’s a fact: But it’s also why we
have the kinds of leaders that exist today. In this New World Order, the world
itself is like one huge nation with millions of provinces. This is why - for
things to change now – the Empire of the Elites will have to crash and burn:
because as long as the present power brokers remain in charge, there will be no
new opportunities. Under the New World Order we will have continual war,
continual terror, and ultimately slave states where there will only be the soon
forgotten dream of what used to be called our lives.
When electricity was invented people
did not rush to save the candle-makers or the gas-lamp industry that lit the
city streets at night. When the "horse-less carriage" finally got
roads to drive on, we did not go to the aid of the wagon business, nor did we
opt to "save the horses": No, we developed the "new"
technologies – and most of those became heavily involved with oil and shortly
after, with gunpowder and uniformed troops to keep everything we had, and to
maybe get a little more from those with less.
That behavior was not new, it was not
even particularly American, it came from as far back as the Roman Legions and
Pax Romano. Between that ancient time and now many nations have reached for the
gold of Empire, and all have gone down, each in their turn. The new industries
that came about at the turn of the 20th century happened because each new
development represented real opportunities for new people to make their own way
in the world.
The world was then divided differently
when no one business could get big enough to dominate over all the rest.
Conglomerates then, did not then exist. Since we have allowed so few industries
to so totally dominate our thinking through transnational conglomeration—there
is now no room for anything really new, to gain a foothold in the world. In
effect, because of computers and the scale of global business, we have become
compartmented, concentrated and directed and lost the option of choice for those
in need of jobs, and everything else.
Two major contributing problems
responsible for this change, have been the New World Order and the multinational
conglomerates. This was only possible because we have allowed these major forces
to dominate almost all aspects of business, commerce and society under the
umbrella of transnational corporatism. That allowed the elites to control far
more than just their own sales and marketing. Now they can influence all other
competition for their goods and services. This is especially true because these
same companies now own the radio stations, the television networks, and the
print media, as well as the politicians and the remaining interests that control
everything else.
Because this Puppet’s Coup has
finally been completed, everything has speeded up, and all the remaining details
are being finished as you read this note. To trash the Constitution, to
eliminate human rights and expectations, while stripping the public interest
from the public sector and converting everything to private control—that’s
no small thing. But that’s what USA Inc. is doing. All that remains is to
perfect the mechanism for keeping the wage slaves in line, until the fascist
police state is completed. When that’s accomplished there will be no more need
for the charade of democratic government or much of anything else – just
submission and performance for the greater good of anyone but you!
All of the above gives those powers an
extreme advantage over what is discussed, what is seen, and what is invested in.
Maybe that’s why no alternative plans ever seem to get off the ground for
solar or wind power, for alternative fuels, or for desalinization? There are
those working on these things, and many have been for years. But serious money
is not going into the needed infrastructure development, or the thinking behind
any possible changes in the status quo. It may sound archaic but this is what
power brokers have been doing since the Roman Empire fell apart. It is no
coincidence that the Bush Doctrine has been nicknamed "Pax America,"
Laws were changed here, so that when
those now in power came to the top—the game of power politics would be frozen
forever in place. There could no longer be any challenger capable of dethroning
those who now are the elites. This is of course, not possible, but that hasn’t
stopped them from trying. True, all resources are finite and we will run out of
oil and gas, but by then those who are in control now, will become the proud new
owners of the alternative means, so the game will remain in the same
blood-drenched hands that have slaughtered so many in their pursuit of
number-oneness. That’s the insanity of arrogance that they call their plan.
That’s also why the world did not take that fork in the road that might have
led us all into an entirely new world, at the end of that very long Cold War.
This is only what is being sought; we
have not lost it all – not yet at least.
End of Part One
